On July 10, Deputy Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency Umida Tukhtasheva met with Makhdum Ali Chishty, head of Chishty Consultancy Limited, who visited the Republic of Uzbekistan as an international observer from the UK.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the essence of the state policy of combating corruption in our country, ensuring the transparency of the activities of government bodies in the fight against corruption, establishing the principle of integrity in the civil service, and the active involvement of civil society institutions in the fight against corruption. Also, the parties exchanged views on such issues as public control and strengthening of propaganda activities.
